License

You get a license to use the delivered site for one food-truck brand. You do not get the look as a resale theme. You do not get Cinder NOLA, Ramon’s Tacos, or any other live truck’s name, photos, or type.

An instant template is a complete demo site, including that demo’s sample name, menu, and photos, so you can upload it and open it the same day. Put your own truck name on it before you advertise it as your business. One truck. You do not get the right to resell the template.

We keep the right to show the delivered public site in our proof rail, unless you write us not to before launch.

Fonts on your delivered site will be exclusive to your brand in our catalog. The storefront itself uses Big Shoulders Display + Figtree; those do not transfer as “your” pairing.
