Refunds

USD charges via Stripe.

Full refund if you cancel in writing before we start production (intake complete but no restyle begun), within 14 days of payment.

Once production starts, the package is not refundable. Hosting months after the included 90 days are cancel-anytime; no proration on the setup fee.

Files packages: once the ZIP is sent, no refund.
